I only use McCormick’s steak seasoning on mine , then grill it.I also use this on steak and chicken.it’s the best. Just sprinkle on , rub in and let sit for 30 minutes , then cook..

A easy marinade for both chicken and pork is Italian dressing, and a creole type seasoning such a Tony Catchers ot Emirl’s and some chopped garlic. MMMMmmmmm
Here are a few that I really like
PORK CHOP MARINADE
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. chili sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 clove garlic, minced or garlic powder, to taste
4 to 6 pork chops
Place pork chops in a glass baking dish. Combine marinade ingredients and spread on both sides. Cover dish with plastic wrap. Marinate chops overnight in refrigerator turning occasionally. Grill or bake chops until done about 3/4 hour for baked.
PORK CHOPS WITH APPLE MARINADE
6 lean pork chops
2/3 c. apple juice
1/3 c. oil
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
1 sm. onion, minced
2 tbsp. dried savory
1 tsp. salt (can decrease)
Combine apple juice, oil, lemon juice, onion, savory and salt in glass dish large enough to contain pork chops in one layer. Coat the meat and let marinate, covered, for at least 6 hours (turn occasionally). Grill chops basting them with marinade, for 20 minutes on each side. Serve with 1 teaspoon apple jelly on each.
