I am an adult that can wear a kids size 5½ in a sneaker. I tend to buy those because they are cheaper in price. However, Im concerned if Im losing the quality of a cross trainer by purchasing the kids version. Are there any recommendations?

I don’t know what else to do to lose some pounds. I’ve tried so much myself and nothing has worked. I was thinking about a personal trainer but heard they are expensive. I would like an idea of a price range, please.

I am a Program Coordinator for a Summer Youth Employment Program. One of my students is interested in becoming a personal trainer. This one is out of my field. I’d like to give him info on how to beomce one.
How do you become a personal trainer? Do you have to go to a 4 year college or trade school for it?

I’m a certified personal trainer with over 20 years experience. I’m talking with a Chiropractor about working in his office helping his patients with exercise. Are there any others in a similar situation who can tell me how much you are paid per session or per hour? I live in the Chicago area. Thanks.
